Another tough but good 5K cross country run with some friends, and then a night with another friend Jeff, eating dessert and dinner. Yes dessert then dinner. Ordered a burger to carry out and got a milkshake as it was being made. Both were amazingly delicious, but even better was the company. I love Fridays :).
