Peanut Avocado Toast

If you know me or read my blog, you may definitely know that I'm a tad bit completely obsessed with sushi. So, the other night when I was sitting at home after a long day of work deciding what to do for dinner, it was no surprise that the oh-so-familiar sushi debate began in my head. To order sushi delivery or not to order sushi delivery. I was perusing local sushi menus, trying to convince myself I didn't need to spend the money (because when I order sushi, I order all the sushi). I wanted to try a new roll; I wanted to indulge in my favorites, but what I really wanted was the peanut avocado roll I had recently been introduced to, and have since been obsessively craving.
