So happy to have gotten a good workout in today, after a mini hiatus.

And, pretty proud of myself for venturing into Baltimore City on my own, for a date with myself at RA Sushi. On the way discovered the location of the newish Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and learned that it is up and running! (This may have been the most exciting part of my night; if ave lived near the Rochester, NY area you will understand.) I also met Jeff V. for my favorite cannoli dessert at Vaccaro's. It was a delicious night and I now have cannoli cream that will last me days!
