Date Night Dinners - Honey Mustard Chicken
Yum, yum, chicken. Brenden and I have been on a chicken kick. Chicken can be quick, easy, and fairly healthy. But more importantly there are hundreds of ways to prepare chicken. I honestly, don't think we could run out of options. Imagination is the limit here. Some of our latest favorites have been the Crockpot Shredded BBQ Chicken we had two weeks ago and the Morrocan Chicken we had before that.Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the chicken breast between parchment paper and pound to tenderize.
- Pat the chicken breast dry and season with salt and pepper.

- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet sprayed with oil.
- Place the tray in the oven and cooke for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and baste the chicken with the remaining honey mustard mixture, coating all sides of the chicken. The chicken should have the original bottom side facing up now.
