I went on a 5k run during lunch. In the mega winds. My mind was half telling me go and half no, no. But I did it. And I'm so proud of myself for pushing myself out. And then I got to enjoy Annapolis restaurant week at Tsunami with Jeff V. and his friend -- sushi and salmon and shrimp "tacos" and ice cream. Everything was quite tasty. I'm glad I was able to experience it.
