According to my holiday calendar, today is pancake day and princess day. So I made and ate these olive oil chocolate chip pancakes while wearing my imaginary tiara (because I left mine at my mom's house). What a night! Oh, and Hocus Pocus was TV the whole time, which was jus an added bonus.
