Sunday, July 7, 2013Today I woke up early to go bike the airport loop. I did two loops. I averaged 15.8 mph on the 1st loop and 15.4 mph on the second, making a total of 21.5 miles with an average speed of 15.6 mph. I am very excited because this is the fastest average I have ever had since beginning to bike which means my training and hard work is paying off :).
