I had planned for my post to talk about the run bike run I did today…after two years of saying I would partake in it after my first go around. I finally did it; it was hard; but I did it and it was great. And I did better then I expected, at least on the first run and the bike.

But after I got home tonight, tired and not feeling great, I knew this post would really be about my wonderful boyfriend who made me actually smile today. A real smile. He surprised me with flowers - sunflowers - and cheered me up on a not so great day. Brenden, and yes, the flowers, were my true happy moments of the day.
